Your Satisfaction is Our Priority
If you wish to return your products because you are not satisfied with them, you can send them back to us by mail to the return address mentioned below. To make a return in person in our offices, you must call us beforehand to make sure that someone will answer when you arrive. A credit note or a refund may be issued if the following conditions are met:
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense (sending the product to be exchanged and sending the new product)
- The packaging is intact, the product has not been opened.
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a credit or refund.
